Came in for a wash, blow dry and flat iron this would be my 3rd time coming. Young lady who helped me this time was great! She asked questions and also met my needs. My 2nd experience was a 5/10 but she asked questions to understand where to go right from what went wrong the last time and it was amazing!! Fast and very efficient and gentle handed
I’m sorry the experience was terrible! Had my friend walk out crying. Azita claimed to be the owner of the shop, Which I highly doubt, does not know the first thing about customer service or taking care of your client. She’s a kid who doesn’t have any knowledge about professionalism. I had to tell this little girl to calm down at one point from the way she was talking to my friend.
