My wif3 and I have spent over 20K with these people, the last thing we put on layaway, at the time we had a couple of items on layaway, and when we picked up the most expensive things, it was all good, at the time that my wife went to pick up some bracelet charms, they told her that they had put it back and are not giving her the money back. My wife got me a ring from this store. She got home I tried it on and it didn't fit. I found the one I wanted and she got it from another store. Now fantastic jewelry is saying that all sales are final and we won't be able to get a refund. Where is that even posted?!?! And why wasn't it stated at the end of the transaction

Brought my daughter here to pierce her ears in October, her ears are fully healed and I’ll be purchasing a set from this location for Christmas for her. Been coming here for years and it’s always quality.. from the grills, bracelets, rings and sunglasses. My go to spot always.
