Pippa is amazing at what she does! I tried her Trauma therapy not long ago and noticed a really shift in my anxiety levels and a big reduction in over all flight/fight response. She got rid of things that I didn't even realise where bothering me and I'm no longer plagued by old stories and patterns I was carrying around for years! She has a very calm, warm and nurturing presence about her which makes you feel completely comfortable. I would definitely recommend giving it a go.
