Attended the Windsor (BNE) location of Fantastic furniture on 07/05/26 and was severely disappointed in the service i recieved. upon checking the website it was said there was one last item of the bedside table we needed and we headed over there to go grab it, when we arrived we looked around and found the display one but in the wrong colour so we asked about it, and it was said that they had one but we couldnt have it, disguised as "out of stock" we asked why it said there was one and they said it mustve been a system error... read more
Poor quality furniture, ridiculous prices for delivery and even worse "Customer Care' prepared to lie through their teeth and breach their own guarantees, warranties and promises made on their website to attempt to dissuade a refund - because they can't be bothered to collect their own faulty product
Company has good system,from processing of paper work to pick up of item,process was smooth and staff were available for giving hand in loading item,
The lads were excellent and went above and beyond to help me out with the difficulty of getting the bed into my car thanks boys. Picked up a great Willow bed from fantastic Furniture.
