would leave no stars if I could. ordered online (website states item in stock click and collect in 60 minutes) half an hour later recieved a text that my order was ready to pick up, drove 45 minutes to pick it up only for the kid in the warehouse to come out and tell me they now don't open mondays & tuesdays he's not sure why I got a text to pick the order up & they havent updated their website since changing opening hours a few weeks ago- no offer to bring the order out even though he was there and it was their mistake. The man who helped us load our bedframe and mattress into our very small car, after already attempting to help us load those same items into another car. Went absolutely above and beyond. He could have very easily went back to "man the desk" but him (and another very kind lady who was a customer) stayed and assisted us in contorting the car and ourselves around the items to fit and be on our way same day.
