The man who helped us load our bedframe and mattress into our very small car, after already attempting to help us load those same items into another car. Went absolutely above and beyond. He could have very easily went back to "man the desk" but him (and another very kind lady who was a customer) stayed and assisted us in contorting the car and ourselves around the items to fit and be on our way same day.
