OVER AND BEYOND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Item: Pod Desk Sales staff: Sharee or Shree Sharee/Shee from the Melton store went over and beyond to resolve my issue. She understood the issue, dived straight in and offered a resolution with empathy and pure customer service experience right there. It was completely a error from our side that we didn't look for the material box sent to us along with our kids's desk. Will come back again to the store :-) thank you, Zain
