Due to a terminal medical illness, I returned bedding that was bought a few months ago at another location of Fantastic Furniture. The staff were incredibly understanding and kind. I hadn't unwrapped anything.....all in its original packaging, but it was the care factor that made such a difference. In particular I think it was the manageress who has exceptional customer service skills. Thank you kindly and where I can I will promote your company and your location.
I was extremely impressed with the staff upon visiting this store! The girl who served me was super helpful, had her measuring tape out to assist me with dimensions I had noted for space of couch and beds etc. I made a purchase for my couch - was told there was only 1 left if what i wanted, as the 1 had just sold before I come in. We booked my delivery.. and a week later, the night before delivery, I was advised they no longer had stock and that they didn't when I initially purchased it. - which I found extremely hard to bel... read more
