Went there to purchase a replacement recliner with our convertible set. We told the staff member that served us what happened with a piece we purchased from a different store and instead of trying to avoid us paying for another recliner, they were too greedy and just wanted the sale and left it to the initial store we purchased it from. Oh I'm sorry your all the same, you all have the same store name, you should have done something more about it! Thanks to the Caringbah store they really take pride in customer service!
I bought a bed (Gecko) and trundle from this store, as well as a mattress. I note I called immediately and filled an online form, providing the case number to the shop because 1. The bed screw holes don't work properly and it is not safely able to be put together 2. There are holes in the metal work from poor welding 3. The slats on the trundle and bed are very poorly made 4. Out of all my years of buying furniture, fantastic furniture Alexandria has to have the most disgusting customer service I have ever received the workers tend to not know what’s going on and even worse they do not offer to help in any way you walk around the store without one person asking if you need assistance I left a deposit and had to fight tooth and nail to try to get it back. Had a great experience at the store at Alexandria. Bought a single bed & mattress. Girls were very friendly. Picked up my goods from the warehouse around the corner. The guy helped me fit it all into my car. Thank you for your help.
