My Fiancée and I went to Fantastic Furniture today and we were served by Lee , we bought a few items . We were very impressed by the service , Lee was very helpful in helping us .
Let me tell you you sometimes when don’t appreciate how people go out of they way to help. At this place the staff where amazing especially the gentleman how served me that day , I went to buy bar chairs unfortunately they on clearance and only floor stock he called every where to make sure I got the number I of chairs I need. So thank you I really appreciate it. Highly recommend. I am posting a photo of of the bar chairs they look awesome.
I had a fantastic experience at the Alexandria Centre. Myles was excellent—he walked us through the different designs with great clarity and patiently answered all our questions. A special mention to the store manager, Lee, who went above and beyond to arrange a re-delivery on our requested date, even after we had to return the sofa the first time as it didn’t fit through our entrance. That level of service is rare. Immensely grateful for the support and would highly recommend.
After a delay issue with the delivery of an order, the customer service team at Fantastic Furniture offered a timely and comprehensive remediation that was customer-focused and solution oriented. It is greatly appreciated, and their focus on the customer experience will mean I am a returning customer.
