Ordered for 1 hour click and collect on a Saturday, still no word by Tuesday, after I rang several times and eventually got through, I was informed the item was not in stock, it would take a week to get it in, no communication prior to this.
The person who answered the call was extremely unprofessional and lacked manners. They promised to deliver the product within 7 days, but it has now been 20 days, and I still haven't received anything. During this time, I made several attempts to contact them, but they never answered my calls until today, and there were no apologies for the delay. She did not allow me to speak. I am baffled that someone like her was assigned to this position.

We were served by Brodie today and just want to say a HUGE thank you. She was incredibly patient with us and helped us furnish our whole house. She gave us plenty of options and made shopping really easy. We highly recommend her customer service! Thanks so much Brodie!
