Good selection of furniture items
Ordered for 1 hour click and collect on a Saturday, still no word by Tuesday, after I rang several times and eventually got through, I was informed the item was not in stock, it would take a week to get it in, no communication prior to this.
The person who answered the call was extremely unprofessional and lacked manners. They promised to deliver the product within 7 days, but it has now been 20 days, and I still haven't received anything. During this time, I made several attempts to contact them, but they never answered my calls until today, and there were no apologies for the delay. She did not allow me to speak. I am baffled that someone like her was assigned to this position.
Worst customer service ever and they do not even care about that do not buy any product from here
