Staff stand around chatting and not serving..and when they do serve, they are not engaged with the person they are serving. When a deposit is paid they say when item is due in and we will let you know and they don’t. Today I have been on ph for 20 waiting for them to answer, at this point.. ridiculous.. ‘this is not an isolated incident

Used to be great service at this store Went in today to buy a bed. One assistant on the phone to a customer The other one with two earrings was looking at his mobile phone No greeting when I walked in. I walked around for a while and picked the bed I wanted Still no recognition. Still got his face in his phone. I walked out and when I got past the counter he said :do you need any help I said...too late ..I walked out and gave Amart my money Management and owners should be reading these reviews... I was very surprised with the results it pumps up before your eyes to a comfortable mattress very happy and price is great too
