I purchased a Montey Linen 2 Seater Sofa Bed - an online-only item. Reviews were 50/50 and I hoped to be in the lucky half. I got a refund immediately because it was broken on arrival (discovered when setting up the sofa bed later in the day). Refund was processed very quickly. The kicker though - I was told it was up to me to dispose of it. If you get a dud item - they wont collect it from you. You're stuck with it, even after a refund. I'm left with the costs of hard rubbish for a broken but brand new couch, in a tiny unit... read more
