She needs to go!!!! The customer service I received from the store manager, Leanne, was absolutely appalling!!!!!! She was incredibly rude, dismissive and completely unwilling to help. She constantly interrupted and spoke over me, making it impossible to explain the situation or get a single word in. Her attitude was confrontational, disrespectful and entirely unprofessional. Just bought an Evans 3 seat recliner couch. Very happy with it. Great service. Delivery was fast. The only issue is I might not make it to bed because I'll end up really comfortable and falling asleep on the recliner 😂.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Waiting 4 weeks for our couches to arrive to then hear they don’t have any stock as they sold it to others. Why would you sell us couch if you know you wouldn’t have stock in them or even sell the ones we had already paid for. Do not buy from this store as they have wasted our time ( took time off work for our delivery day and that’s the day they decide to tell us they don’t have stock). I’m glad we are spending our money somewhere else than this company.
