Good furniture
Ive been a loyal Fantastic Furniture customer for over 10 years and always enjoyed shopping there. I hadn’t bought anything in about 3-4 years, until last week when I made a few purchases one of the items arrived broken. Around the same time, my chair’s lumbar support failed within its 3-year warranty. My claim was refused because I’ve had “too many warranty claims” over the years. We have finally taken delivery of a furniture item after much confusion on the part of fantastic furniture and the delivery company. Lesson learnt will never buy from them again. The customer complaint service is non existent.
