Good furniture
Ive been a loyal Fantastic Furniture customer for over 10 years and always enjoyed shopping there. I hadn’t bought anything in about 3-4 years, until last week when I made a few purchases one of the items arrived broken. Around the same time, my chair’s lumbar support failed within its 3-year warranty. My claim was refused because I’ve had “too many warranty claims” over the years. We have finally taken delivery of a furniture item after much confusion on the part of fantastic furniture and the delivery company. Lesson learnt will never buy from them again. The customer complaint service is non existent.
I've bought tons of furniture from here, and the staff are always excellent. The Click & Collect team are really nice and helpful, even helping you load things if need be. Though it is CHEAPER than most places, it's not CHEAP furniture. You can usually get really nice stuff from here. Plus, they do lots of different themes. A few years ago, they did a whole Star Wars range and I bought the whole lot for my sons. Recommended for customer service, ease of Click & Collect, and quality furniture for low prices.
