My daughter and I were just served by Tiarna D and OMG she is so good! We were in a rush to get a lounge today and she checked what was in stock and was patient while I was choosing between the two lounges. Fantastic customer service. Thank you

Was in store the other day looking for somethings to buy. The staff are very unhelpful and appear uninterested in assisting you. This has happened a few times before in that particular store. Wouldn't hurt to smile and actually provide some customer service. Like do you want to make a sale or not? I get that some things are online only but when we asked if there was anything in store that was similar, they just shrug their shoulders, shake their head and that's it. No help, no interest. Purchased a click and collect, received emails and texts to say click and collect was ready. Arrived on Saturday morning at 9am as it states on the website to collect and was told by the girls at the desk I can’t pick it up because the warehouse doesn’t open until 10am. I’ve made many click and collects. I love the quick and easy service when I ring the buzzer! I recently made a purchase and Joshua in warehouse even put it in my car for me. I love the idea I can just come around the back, they check Id, sign for it and then I got back to my car and they help put it in. I will always shop here for my furniture. 1.
