AVOID ONLINE! Absolutely shocking experience. 2 months. No product. No update. Minimal support. Slow process to work out where my product is. Avoid buying online with online delivery at all costs.
Walked into Fantastic Furniture today fully prepared to purchase a complete bed set and chest of drawers. The saleswoman we were dealing with was absolutely lovely, in fact, she was the main reason we were ready to hand over our money. Then the sales manager stepped in. Rude, dismissive, and openly dishonest in front of us about staff commission. In one breath, he managed to undo all of her hard work and lose a sale that was as good as done. Don't order online as they will just stuff you around for delivery of your products and when you call up complaints line they're no help at all either. Will never purchase from them again
