I had a very disappointing experience with this store. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all, which was the first red flag. We bought a TV table, and when we tried to set it up, it broke with just a gentle force. That really shows how poor the quality of the product is. We ordered two lounges back in May from Fantastic Furniture to be delivered to us. We were told it would originally be a 7-9 week wait, after the 9 weeks came, we asked how long it would be and they said "they've run out of material" for one of the lounges and will be making it soon. Lack of customer services and the manager who is extremely rude and have no work ethics. Just bought furniture from the store and it came faulty after requesting via email to address the issue. Ended up in store explaining the issue No response from manager in terms of customer care explaining or how to response making customer calm. Would never recommend DUBBO store ever to go with
