I purchased the sofa seven months ago, and I've started noticing lint on it. When I contacted customer service for support, their response was rude. They claimed it was torn or peeling, but I sent them clear pictures where the lint was clearly visible.Never going to purchase anything from fantastic any more nor will recommend.

Extremely disappointed to have purchased the Havana Bed brand new from Fantastic Furniture Balgowlah, the bed broke to pieces within 6 months, causing a slipped disk when the middle fell out, so we moved it to the garage. After months of it sitting there we ended up throwing it out in council clean up as they had advised they would replace the bed.
