Very disappointing delivery experience. I was expecting my package on Friday and took the day off work specifically to receive it. At the scheduled delivery time, the tracking status was changed to “Exception – Team Global Carrier” with the reason “Wrong address”. I immediately checked my address, and it was correct as it has always been. I contacted the carrier, and I was told the package would be delivered on Monday (today). ⭐ 1 Star – Very disappointing quality and customer service I bought a Mirage Medium Firm mattress from Fantastic Furniture, and within a very short period of normal use, the mattress gradually lost its firmness and support. After lying on it for 1–2 hours, I can feel the springs underneath my body, and it has started causing back pain. I have been trying to resolve this through their warranty process for weeks.
