⭐ 1 Star – Very disappointing quality and customer service I bought a Mirage Medium Firm mattress from Fantastic Furniture, and within a very short period of normal use, the mattress gradually lost its firmness and support. After lying on it for 1–2 hours, I can feel the springs underneath my body, and it has started causing back pain. I have been trying to resolve this through their warranty process for weeks. Walked in, 3 staff, women standing around personal life chatting .... ignored us completely, the only woman that was helping customers was the worker of Asian decent. In store for 15 minutes, didnt address us as we walked past, didn't address us while looking, didn't address us as we were leaving. Took our business elsewhere where staff actually greeted us as soon as we walked in, even though they were talking between themselves as we walked through the door. Don't waste your time here.
I went in to buy furniture, none of which is in store, the young lady that was helping me was great, but six weeks is two long to wait , went elsewhere
