I purchased a chair online one Sunday night a couple of months ago. After the sale went through I realised I purchased the incorrect chair. Therefore, at 8.30am the next morning I contacted your 1300 number and explained what I did and that I wanted to pay almost $500 more for the correct chair. Worst experience ever. About a month ago we went to the store in Logan and the stupid employee her name Britney C made a mistake and sold us only the base. I clearly confirmed with her multiple times that it was the FULL bed, and she said yes. We waited almost 2 weeks just to find out the order was wrong because of THEIR mistake.
