We have ordered chairs, it has not been delivered for months and then reported lost in transit. After they confirmed Lost in transit, they not paying refund. Worst service ever.
Excellent service fast and easy to pick up
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Fantastic Furniture regarding my order placed on 21 September 2025 through the Loganholme store for a Hampton Modular 6-Seater with Chaise.
