Store is clean and tidy, most staff were very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Nick, he was amazing!
Staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we knew what items would best suit our needs.
Website timed out when processing payment on Latitude. They couldn't/wouldn't look for my order to confirm it as I didn't receive any confirmation emails. 2 working days later and after contacting them multiple times, I cancelled the order and asked for refund. They then told me it'll take 5-7 working days for the money to return to my Latitude. Poor customer service.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful we wouldn't shop in any other furniture store we have shopped with many fantastic furniture stores and never had any problems with stuff we've bought we've shopped at slacks creek and Capalaba Qld always friendly with smiles
