I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I was asked if I needed assistance by a gentleman at a nearby desk. I pointed to the items I was interested in and inquired whether the three pieces I needed were sold as a package. The gentleman barely looked up from his desk and curtly replied that they were sold separately, then returned his attention to the station without offering any further help. Worst experience ever. Our original delivery window was 4:15pm–7:15pm on 14/08/2026. We waited within this timeframe, only to check the tracker at around 7:30pm and discover that our delivery had been changed without our consent to an unreasonable 8:30pm–11:30pm window, which was then changed again to 8:45pm–11:45pm. I immediately called the call centre and was told there was no way to contact the driver, but that our delivery would still arrive that night. It never did. Massive shout out to their warehouse guy even tho his shift had finished he was nice enough to stop and help load my flatpacks (2 cartons weighing 40kg each) into the car. Great experience from start to finish.
