Great place and at reasonable prices if you are starting out your house
I made an enquiry about the type of bed I was looking for and the saleswoman pointed to the back corner of the shop and said "the beds are over there" and then continued to look at her computer screen.
Still waiting for you to fix up my refund. Ordered once you took the money twice and delivered 2 beds. You want me to return to the store when I have no means to do so as explained via email. This was communicated, yet 8 months later I am still $450 out of pocket. Sorry Joondalup store but your online store is crap. Physical store shouldn't have to suffer for online team.
Great til you get delivery charges. On line per chair not per order. Almost cost of another armchair.
