My experience with Fantastic Furniture was really terrible. They use a company called Aramex for delivery. This company took more than 3 weeks to deliver my item despite it sitting in their depot 30 mins away for all that time. No intervention by Fantastic made any difference. Because of this delay it made a birthday surprise be ruined. There were travellers from east coast for this birthday event ruined. I will never purchase from Fantastic Furniture again.
The store is filthy!!! I went in yesterday and was shocked! Crap everywhere stains all over the carpeting flooring, a mess, stains all over the mattresses…. Honestly you will feel gross buying anything from this shop it was beyond rank! 🤮
I bought a bed frame and mattress a few months ago.The mattress is impossible to sleep on or even sit on edge Hence why the bed has not been used.The bed frame slides all over the place.As a OAP I rarely make big purchases like this. I bought the bedside tables because the suite looks good. BUT IT IS UNUSABLE!. The main issue is the' soft' mattress..I m not criticising service just quality of product.Attention would be valued
