I’m very disappointed with Fantastic Cuts. I tried to use a gift certificate for a haircut that had expired less than a month earlier, and they refused to honor it or offer any accommodation. Given how recently it expired, I expected at least some flexibility or a reasonable solution, but none was offered. Gift certificates are paid for in advance, and refusing to honor one over such a short time frame shows poor customer service and a lack of consideration for customers.
