NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - cleaners are terrible and management take absolutely no pride or responsibility in customer satisfaction or protecting their companies reputation. Unfriendly staff
Avoid this company. This company is showing clear examples of ACCC Unfair Business Practice specifically Unconscionable Conduct and False and Misleading claims. Cleaner added FAKE ADDITIONAL COSTS on the day amounting to $230 such as additional $15 for cleaning an extra wardrobe mirror and $55 extra to sweep the balcony when I had already paid and specified I require balcony cleaning. The cleaner also kept reiterating he will give me a "GOOD DISCOUNT" and "TAKE CARE OF ME", which is a clear example of Unconscionable Conduct.... read more
