Unfriendly staff
Avoid this company. This company is showing clear examples of ACCC Unfair Business Practice specifically Unconscionable Conduct and False and Misleading claims. Cleaner added FAKE ADDITIONAL COSTS on the day amounting to $230 such as additional $15 for cleaning an extra wardrobe mirror and $55 extra to sweep the balcony when I had already paid and specified I require balcony cleaning. The cleaner also kept reiterating he will give me a "GOOD DISCOUNT" and "TAKE CARE OF ME", which is a clear example of Unconscionable Conduct.... read more
Be very careful – They Ask for More Money on Arrival!! This company was completely dishonest in my experience. They gave me a lower quote upfront, took full payment in advance, and then tried to charge me extra when the cleaner arrived. The additional amount was never mentioned before the booking. When I said I couldn’t pay the unexpected extra fee, the cleaner simply left. I had a terrible experience with Fantastic Services Cleaning. I booked an end-of-lease clean weeks in advance, only for the service to be cancelled on the day of service — with no communication from the company. I was given an hour window for the cleaners’ arrival, which they missed. When I called to ask for an update, I was told the cleaners were unavailable and no replacement could be arranged that day.
