Be very careful – They Ask for More Money on Arrival!! This company was completely dishonest in my experience. They gave me a lower quote upfront, took full payment in advance, and then tried to charge me extra when the cleaner arrived. The additional amount was never mentioned before the booking. When I said I couldn’t pay the unexpected extra fee, the cleaner simply left. Waste of money
If there is 0star I wish I can give them. Never ever booked service from these people. First they send Indian staff they enter in property and start argument and asking for more money. They ask $200 cash more when I call to the company they said $100.I refused to take service from them .next day they send other people.they did horrible job. I personally advise DO NOT TRUST this company
End of tenancy clean cancelled multiple times, including the day we had to hand the keys back, 10 minutes before the cleaners were due to arrive. I had to chase hard to get them to organise a cleaner for that day. The price then went up by 50%, i suspect knowing i couldn’t say no. A very frustrating experience.
I had a terrible experience with Fantastic Services Cleaning. I booked an end-of-lease clean weeks in advance, only for the service to be cancelled on the day of service — with no communication from the company. I was given an hour window for the cleaners’ arrival, which they missed. When I called to ask for an update, I was told the cleaners were unavailable and no replacement could be arranged that day.
