The cleaners were awful. I had an end of tenancy clean and it was commically bad. I filled out the form to get a rough price but left it I was waited for other quotes. I got a call pretty quickly from a friendly sales person who gave an even better deal that online. I gave all the details and a link to the rental listing showing the floorplan and pictures. They cancelled the clean 30 mins before the scheduled time. Do not use.
Updated: Amazing customer service!!! After 2 bad experiences with bookings being cancelled, I provided feedback and their customer care team reached out to make things right, special shout out to Rick Adams who has been amazing and restored my confidence in using them again. Ive used their "regular" cleaning service a couple of times and the cleaners always do an amazing job, will definitely go back to them.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this cleaning service and would not recommend them to anyone. I used them for an end of tenancy cleaning in Sydney. First, they didn’t show up at the scheduled time. I tried to contact customer service to reschedule, but it was nearly impossible to get through to anyone.
