End of tenancy clean cancelled multiple times, including the day we had to hand the keys back, 10 minutes before the cleaners were due to arrive. I had to chase hard to get them to organise a cleaner for that day. The price then went up by 50%, i suspect knowing i couldn’t say no. A very frustrating experience.
I had a terrible experience with Fantastic Services Cleaning. I booked an end-of-lease clean weeks in advance, only for the service to be cancelled on the day of service — with no communication from the company. I was given an hour window for the cleaners’ arrival, which they missed. When I called to ask for an update, I was told the cleaners were unavailable and no replacement could be arranged that day. The cleaners were awful. I had an end of tenancy clean and it was commically bad. I filled out the form to get a rough price but left it I was waited for other quotes. I got a call pretty quickly from a friendly sales person who gave an even better deal that online. I gave all the details and a link to the rental listing showing the floorplan and pictures. They cancelled the clean 30 mins before the scheduled time. Do not use.
