🌹 My encounter with a staff member at Fantastic Cleaners at the Brookdale Avenue location happened some time ago (winter 2024-2025) but still irks me to this day. I brought a woollen winter coat in because it was wrinkled from shipping (it was brand new). The purpose was to remove the offending creases, of course. Upon picking up my item and paying $30, I realised many of the wrinkles were still there. Attention All Fishermen/Fisherwomen & Hunters: After a winter of ice fishing, my overalls are very dirty & smelly. I have taken them for the past 2 years to Fantastic Cleaners who have not only cleaned the overalls but have taken the fish odor out of them with a no-scent cleaning product. They look brand new after the cleaning & sanitizing!!!! For $20, this is the best deal in town. Thanks so much for the excellent job, you guys are the BEST!!!.
I was charged $45 to spot clean multiple food stains off my $350 north face jacket only to realize under brighter lighting that there were a few stains left remaining. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford to bring my jacket back to be charged an extra $45 so I put in on a light wash hoping it wouldn’t ruin my jacket but the feathers are displaced now and I’m really upset that this couldn’t have been prevented with good first time service.
I took my brand new suit (had been worn once) in for dry cleaning. Upon my return home, (25 minutes from Cornwall), I discovered a note indicating one button had been broken. Upon further inspection, I discovered two buttons had in fact been broken. No one had said a word when I picked it up rather, this was left to my own discovery. Such incredible service for my husband who travelled 6 hours here for a funeral, within 24 hours all his military DEU's were clean and he was greeted so kindly and empatheticly. Thank you so much recommend .
