Cannot say enough how thankful I am for the kind and compassionate team here. Woke up to a medical emergency with my cat and they fit me in immediately. Humane euthanasia was the only real option and they delivered the news in a very patient and calm manner. My cat had never come for a previous visit, but I felt like family, receiving hugs and a card. We have had a few visits now, all very positive experiences, even when it was time to say goodbye to our Mika. (Our first encounter with Fantastic Beasts) We will always and forever use this Veterinary Clinic! Staff, front end and behind the scenes are AMAZING but most importantly, your fur kids, as well as you, are treated with respect, support, kindness, understanding and genuinely caring Dr's.
It’s hard to explain how stressful, anxiety provoking and awful the experience was with this clinic. I witnessed them berate and scream at an older couple, they yelled at my 80+ year old immigrant parents, and refused my dog care because they want to euthanize her (despite her living 3 months longer than their expectancy and still having joie de vivre). I brought my dog in for emergency one morning after I had visited another local vet the day before and received poor care for my dog. I'm from out of town so I'm not familiar with any vets in the area and just was phoning around. Fantastic Beasts were not originally available when I had called the night before but respectfully they knew their capacity and so we opted to go elsewhere.
