So sad. I placed the order via website a couple of weeks ago. Order is still pending. Unfortunately, Fantasma did not send me anything and do not reply to messages (via facebook, website or email)... Please answer here, what's going on?
Since this is apparently the only thing that gets a response from Fantasma... Where is Eric Excellent's refund for the order of an out of stock item, ordered June 8th?
I have been several times here and they give good advices, correct prices and a wonderful museum!
It was an amazing experience the people there are so nice and cool i really do recommend this place if you want to learn magic or just to hand out just like I do
