I visited this salon on Saturday ( July 4)and paid $119.78 for a level 6 -6 brown hair colour & eyebrow . Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the result because my hair still looks completely black. There is virtually no visible difference from before. I understand that my natural hair is dark, but if the shade I selected was not going to be visible on my hair, the stylist should have explained that before starting the service. Gave me orange hair and would not take the time to tone it. I came here years ago so I may not be in the appointment services however, I came here as a vulnerable 13 year old girl knowing nothing about hair. The stylist took advantage of that and made a mess of my hair it took years to get it back to the original healthy condition. She treated my horribly when I saw the results and told her I needed some modifications. Do not come here if you love your hair.
