Fantasia bridal is so unprofessional, they do not give me my video and picture as promise and they do not want to give me my refund. i got the pictures almost 2 months later. now my video, i call every week and they say next week next week.. its been 12 weeks!! . i feel like i just got robbed! i would NEVER recommend this to ANYONE!!
