I have called so many times, and got no answer. The game is fun and safe, and I like playing it. But when you get hacked the staff ban your account and its not your fault. I have emailed as well and gotten no reply to come to a comprimise on why my account was banned and how to un ban it.
Never responds to emails, prices are unreasonably high, unfair advantages for premium members, game didn't even work half of the time... don't play this game
This game used to be good until 2014 or 2015. The staff doesn't get around to answering my emails or phone calls.
This is B.S. I waited months for them to change my child's password. (I literally waited months.) People get hacked and the staff do nothing about it. (My experience.)
This game will not refund my money, my child has spent 70$ (without my permission) and they haven't been answering emails or phone calls. This is unfair.
