Let this be clear, this is about the CUSTOMER SERVICE I received. I have not been seen by Dr. Fanrui Zeng, as the receptionist was disgruntled and rude about my inquiries. When I asked for her name so I could eventually speak to the doctor about the situation, SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Thats not very nice to do, Amber. (I found out who it was) I truly hope you get out of customer service and you step on a lego ❤️

Would NEVER recommend that quack to anyone !!!! He is only in it for the $$$$$ . He is a disgrace to the dental profession !!!!!!.. needs his dental license and taken so he could never practice dentistry again.
