I came here to get a hair cut a few months back, and finally worked up to leaving this review. I wish I actually looked at some of the reviews before coming here because it's "local". The low star reviews are all correct. I have no idea how this place has such high reviews. To start this off, I left without the hair cut that I wanted, in fact, it was about 3-3.5 inches shorter than what we discussed, above shoulder length, which means I left with about 6 inches -7 inches less of hair than what I came in with. Scam, waste of Money, friends went and paid over $800 for garbage
I wish I had read the reviews before going here, but reading them makes me feel less alone. I had an awful experience and will not be returning. To start with, I came in and Fanny proceeded to do her makeup in the mirror while I waited for her for 5 minutes. I described the haircut I clearly wanted and she gave me something totally different than I asked for. Then she tried to blame me for not describing it accurately, instead of taking responsibility.
