Had asked for a balayage. Got whatever this is. Reference pictures are to the right. Photo of Fanny's work to the left right after she finished. Also did not style my hair, which is usually included at other salons. I'll let you decide if this was worth $223.

Don’t go here for keratin/nanoplastia. They put the chemical on my hair for one hour and I told them it was burning and they just said it’s normal. I then had scabs on my scalp. My hair is not even that smooth and feels dry and they took 4.5 hours.i had nanoplastia done before somewhere else and it didn’t burn and my hair was silky.
I had my highlights done by Elmira and Leila and I’m extremely happy with the results! The color turned out exactly the way I wanted. Highly recommend!
