Fantastic pre and post op medical care and of course, always grateful for Dr. Ball!
I had an outpatient surgery at Fannin one week ago. My pre op nurses were absolutely lovely, shoutout to Miss Shayne in particular. Pre op went well and I had no complaints about my surgery. However, my post op experience was horrible. I had two nurses but I can only remember how rough and uncomfortable I was made by Miss Debby. I could not urinate on my own when I woke up from anesthesia so the nurses decided to insert a catheter. My first nurse could not properly insert it, so Debby stepped in and was extremely rough. I underwent a colonoscopy performed by Dr.Ellsworth at Fannin Surgical, From the moment I arrived to the time I was discharged, every member of the team were very kind, professional, and efficient.
