My experience at Fannin Surgicare was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. They also kept me updated and informed the entire time. They were patient with my questions and don’t mind answering them. They made my colonoscopy experience very positive!!
I had two procedures done at this facility. I am overall impressed with the level of communication and organization from beginning to end of procedure. The personnel go above and beyond. They provide you with a level of care that I haven’t experienced at other facilities. They are nice and knowledgeable, they make you feel at ease and comfortable as you are navigating the procedure. The facilities are very clean and conveniently located.

From the moment I entered the facility, Rosio the Receptionist made me feel welcome and had a smile on her face. I was VERY nervous amd scared but Amy, RN my pre-operative Nurse calmed me down so much. She possessed every single quality a Nurse should have!
