I think that $250 was a bit steep for the tech to push on a plunger, which was mine, and spray some WD-40 on the black tank handle. We have had good service till last time. Guess it is time to find another service provider. Really a shame that your standards have dropped to this point. After all the info was given about the service call I had no idea it was given such quick response to the call. We have had years of service at a high satisfaction rate.
