If I could do zero stars I would. Went in to the ER, no one was in the waiting room. The nurse at the front desk was so rude and acted like she didnt care. Then she lied to me and my wife about some billing stuff and insisted I needed to do billing right then. When I told her she was wrong and corrected her that legally i’m allowed triage first, she just got even more rude and impatient and snotty with me. Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had the displeasure of going through in regards to emergency care. The staff is completely incompetent, addressed me as if I was subhuman and treated me accordingly. Absolutely did not care about my needs and after discharged was left to just sit and pray I get a ride because no one there even offered to help. No water, no blanket during freezing temps. January 15 2025 1030 pm. Thank you to the medical team at Fannin who made the visit seamless. Unfortunately the news after the scan wasn't great news, but I wanted to say thank you for the professionalism, intelligence, empathy, understanding and care you showed us and my friend Stacy. If I could give it zero stars I would they were dismissive didn't care or listen about my symptoms that black doc Tyrone said "this wasn't like the show doctor house we can't tell you what your sick with " they gave me random prescription that has not helped I was sick for two weeks before I saw him it's been a week after I saw him and I am still really sick he gave me antibiotic a steroid nausea medicine and an anti-acid medicine mone of which helped any of my symptoms I told the person at the front desk I did not have insu... read more
