This company is an absolute joke, they sent me one of the items correct but instead of sending me a ***** youth jersey as paid for they sent me Los Angeles chargers pants. I sent back ha pants and its been two weeks of me emailing asking for the tracking for my daughters hoodie and they havent responded

I ordered hockey Jersey from Fanletic for my 9 year old son to wear to his first hockey game. This was all supposed to be part of an awesome christmas present. The package arrived several days before the game except it wasn't a jersey is was a ************ football team pajama pants. Not even close to what I ordered. Even the email I received telling me the package had arrived had a picture and description of the jersey I ordered. Wow, guess I was lucky when i got a wrong zip code error. It is really weird that that is no sign of comments of the customers on the entire site. That must says a lot.

I received a item I did not order leading to me finding that my credit card has been compromised. It was addressed to myself or current resident. I tried to call for 2 days with no response. My CC is investigating.

Terrible customer service. They refused to process a return and sent threatening emails when I gave them a bad review. Don't do business with these people!

I placed an order and they immediately charged my credit card, but I received no confirmation of the order and the order has not arrived. I tried to contact them via Chat, but they did not pick up for over 40 minutes, so I gave up. I will probably have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
