We have 3 fanimation ceiling fans 72" we love how quite they are. I actually assembled them while my Husszzzband was working on something else, then we installed them was very easy. I'm looking to buy 1 or 2 Fandeliers with a little bling, has anyone bought one?
I bought an almost new house that has a Fanimation control for a ceiling fan which doesn't operate properly. The fan right now has only one speed and the light doesn't operate. The sellers didn't leave the documentation for it so I emailed Fanimation with a picture of the wall control and asked them to send me a PDF. Nothing so far.

I have been a distributor for Fanimation for decades. I can say with all confidence that any issues the end user has with a Fanimation fan is because of INSTALLATION. These fans are remarkably reliable and the company is excellent to work with. YES, you should work with a reliable, local reseller that can work through installation issues and you should NOT buy from an online retailer. They do not have the capacity to work with you on site when the installer has made a mistake.
