Surgery time ran a little late which can be expected but other than that the staff through and through were fantastic. Dr. Chen really takes the time to explain your issues to you in a way that makes you understand. He doesn’t rush you and he’s so sweet and kind. Dr. Chen is a phenomenal surgeon and has a great bedside manner. When I began losing my peripheral vision, a massive pituitary gland tumor was found to be the cause. Dr. Chen was able to successfully remove it from my optic nerve. In addition to that, he was able to remove the portion of the tumor that was encasing my pituitary gland. What an amazing surgeon! I highly recommend Dr. Chen.
** HE HAS SERIOUS COMPLAINTS FILED WITH THE BOARD *** Check that out before you engage this one. He canceled my surgery just five days prior with absolutely no valid justification simply because I asked what the risks were. I wish I never met him. Traumatized me. There were RED FLAGS from the very fist meeting with this man. I would never, EVER recommend him to ANYONE. Even my WORST ENEMY!!!
This man is amazing. He saved my mother's life. Google only allows 5 stars, I'd give more if I could.
