We have been going around with the billing department for months. They keep trying to send us to collections, but on the same "bill" they send us showing a negative balance, it also shows a positive balance that they owe us. For some reason the constantly put our payments on the wrong items, and when we call to get them to fix it they say it will be 6 to 8 weeks before it shows up.
