I had appointment they got me right away, there was nobody in the waiting room.
Dr. Tan is my mother’s eye doctor. She is very compassionate and patient. My mother is hard of hearing and does not speak English well. Dr. Tan makes sure to speak Mandarin to her and accommodates her. She explains everything clearly and is very knowledgeable. My mother is very satisfied with her care.
I would give 0 star if there is an option. I was with my mom for her appointment this morning which was the worst doctor appointment experience ever. She has super bad attitude, and is rude, sarcasm, disrespect, made fun of patience. I wasn't able to believe what I experienced today. I will avoid this doctor by all means. If anyone knows any official complaint channel, please do let me know.
