Always been efficient and effective The best of the best
I was assigned to Leslie today when my pcp was away, and we had an issue where he filled the entirely incorrect prescription when I urgently needed it, which created a number of issues for me at my pharmacy that took the greater part of a day to fix. I’m baffled by how this happened, but really the more concerning part was the way he deflected responsibility and then spoke through/down to me when I asked nicely for help to fix the situation.
