I signed up with concierge service and had to be seen in the city. The front and MAs were all amazing, punctual and timely , I was brought to an office that just screamed im trying to show off and overcompensate. A huge desk, crazy expansive pens and inks?? 30.wine bottles with the most expensive opened to show oh hey cool I drank it... And I sat there alone for an hour, no one checked in, no one gave me an ETA, I had to call the front desk to see if I could leave. Beware, Doctor Fang is an uncaring, rude and abrupt person who has no business pretending to care for patients. He is very unprofessional and rude and his 'care' has been life threatening.

I was assigned to Leslie today when my pcp was away, and we had an issue where he filled the entirely incorrect prescription when I urgently needed it, which created a number of issues for me at my pharmacy that took the greater part of a day to fix. I’m baffled by how this happened, but really the more concerning part was the way he deflected responsibility and then spoke through/down to me when I asked nicely for help to fix the situation.
