Dr. Bai is great! She’s very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. She listened to my concerns about my migraines and understood my desire for an MRI after not having imaging done for 14 years post TBI. She prescribed a medication that has prevented my migraines for 8 months now. Thank you Dr. Bai!
I would never recommend this office. After given a referral to Dr. Bai, my appt was less than satisfying as she talked to me like I wasn’t understanding how a headache worked and the symptoms I was having weren’t related to neuro. Ordered an MRI to be sent a chat through MyMercy with “you have a 7mm benign brain timer, see you in 6-12 months” I was extremely disappointed in the way this was communicated and taught outside help with reviewing my MRI and went to Mayo Clinic the next month to be given extraordinary care and som... read more
Never answer the phone if you need to make an appointment or ask questions… very rude at the desk bad attitude
Dr Bai is not professional. Upon my follow up appointment in December after seeking help with right side weakness and other things. She laughed at me because I was using a walking stick. I had secure chatted her and told her that I could not walk with out support so it was not like she did not know this. Even if she did it is not it’s unprofessional to laugh at your patient.
