Front desk is rude
Today i went to clinic for medicine . Dr Sandhu is very good and she talk to me very well . I appreciate her behaviour with patients .
I recently visited this clinic and had a mixed experience. The doctors were highly professional, knowledgeable, and showed genuine care and patience. However, the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. They were rude and unprofessional, often speaking in a belittling tone that made the experience unpleasant.
