The flavors of coastal France, Spain and Italy are brought into play at this restaurant, serving as the inspiration and the culinary backbone for such dishes as Bouillabaisse Marseleillaise and Osso Buco Fandango. Dishes are peppery, flavorful and rich. Order a selection of tapas as an appetizer. The bill will be high, but the place encourages diners to follow the European habit of stretching dinner into a three-hour experience. The interior is warm and handsome. The glowing natural tones of light wood are used in everything... read more

Not a hit. – It was a Tuesday. We did not have reservations. We were escorted to the bar to wait for 20 minutes. We had to ask for a wine list. We ordered the Opus ( $249.00)and then they started jumping through hoops finally to give "decent service". The bread was tasty with good butter. Do not order the shrimp scampi or the paella. The food was plain awful. The desert was Ok. We finished it to make up for the meals we did not. A $400.00+ dollar waste of time and money. We will not go back on our time/dime again. I asked ar... read more
pleasantly surprised – when we were first seated, we were in a small room with four other tables. i thought this was going to be a long night, but when the food came, i totally forgot about the claustrophobic room. sanddabs and calamari steak were fantastic. althought not recommended by the waiter, the pasta with beef and sausage was fantastic. scampi servced on pasta was good but the wild abalone was heaven.
Tired and Expensive – The food is middling to poor. While not bad tasting, it is just not worth the money they charge. The service is sloppy (the waiter actually passed the plates down the table instead of placing them in front of us). Considering the tarif I expect better service than that. And the wine list is voluminous but expensive. It is hard to navigate through the extensive listings to find a wine that would be enjoyable and affordable. Fandango has seen better days.

While we waited at the bar for a place, I was surprised at how crowded and noisy it was, because I'd read great reviews about the place and decided to take my wife to it for Valentine's day. When our table finally opened up, we followed the maitre d upstairs and found a completely different atmosphere. It was quite, dimly lit, and you could hear the flamengo music in the background. The sun was setting and I couldn't have asked for mo... read more
