I’m sorry I really hate leaving a negative review because a business has livelihoods at stake but I feel like someone needs to see this. Seems like this place is on its last leg and no one really cared? Used to eat here all the time and raved about the food. Price is still the same but dinner meal absent of sides? and is the same price? No we don’t want to pay $12 extra for 1 side, who does that wth? Draft, broken. Bar, quiet. Not mad, just disappointed. Used to be a regular. Came every week. Always loved it. Food and service was great. Little bit pricey but still good. Tonight’s experience was disappointing at best. Meatloaf was à la carte, and didn’t include sides. Sides were $12 add-on. And meatloaf on its own cost the same as menu item meatloaf which included eggs and hashbrowns. This is the first time I've ever changed a review on a place and it breaks my heart to do so. I have loved Fancy's for as many years as they have been in business. But tonight it was a totally different experience. Did not have any fried green tomatoes for the appetizer, did not have grapefruit juice for the Paloma. When I asked the server what was available for dessert, the server told me that he would have to 'check the fridge' (!?) and the available options were totally different than what is shown online.
