RecommendedI went in for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. Keep in mind that I'm a very difficult client and I always wait too late... I came in hurting and tense in my neck and right shoulder. My massage therapist Jeremiah, worked very hard to relieve as much of the tension and pain as possible! I described where my pain and tension was and he was able to tell me why I was hurting and give me some pointers on how to try and stay as pain free as possible, for as long as I can!!
