Dropped a ball cap off the end of June or 1st week in July. Waited patiently until the last week of August. Checked on it. Not even started. Was told it could take 3 to 6 weeks..... mentioned I needed it the next week. Came back ... still not started. Had the ball cap returned to me the 1st week of October never started. If this was the 1st cap I had worked on maybe it would have been alright but it wasn't. Tracy was as rude and as condescending as a person could be. Fantastic! The team at Fancy Stitch helped immensely in getting shirts printed for our family reunion. We had a lot of back and forth with the artwork to make sure it was just right. They stuck to the deadline and delivered a high quality product. They turned out so great!!
