I showed them a specific picture to use for the haircut, and they somehow cut my hair really short, not the way I wanted it.
Excellent service, Linda is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely the best!
Where is Matthew now?
This WAS my favorite place to get a haircut before because my main barber Matthew is the coolest guy and great at cutting my hair. But the lady who answers the phone has probably the worst customer service and has lost both me and my wife as a customer. I set up an appointment twice already. I always call in to make sure my spot with Matthew is clear and she has assured me twice that "he's not busy at that time." When I get there he's always JUST STARTING on someone.
