Incredibly disappointed and upset with the quality of work. I paid $150 with a $20 tip before I really analyzed the work, otherwise I wouldn’t have tipped as well as I did. I asked for square toes nails and there’s nothing square about them. I came in with them square and left with round toe nails. I asked for almond shaped acrylic nails and there’s nothing consistent about the shape. There’s gel polish on my sidewalls and some cuticles. They do amazing work and are always kind, courteous, and helpful. They genuinely care and ask about my life and family every time I go in.
