This place dose not lisen. We wanted and requested a for basic manicure and pedicures but got gel ones which was way more expensive and not what we wanted at all. Also my gel polish did not stay once I left it came off and my nails are dull looking. Not a good place to go you cant understand them and they cant understand you. So if ypu want to pay more go in there and tjat is what you will get.

BAD BAD BAD. I have 4 girls in the house 3 get their nails done about every 6 weeks. When Carina went in they put a nail on crooked and would not fixit. They were very rude. Dont go there. We will tke our $$$ to nicer people

Hello I went to Queens Nails today and I was beyond EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED I expressed that I was not interested in getting Gel nails they kept pushing it on me, I am an African American Young woman 20 years old and could possibly pass as a teenager and did not feel accepted and seemed like they were trying to push me out the shop as fast as possible. Michelle did my first eyebrow wax ever,it was quick and painless. I love love love the results, and i will definitely be going back soon.
