Came in to get my overlay taken off...I've been coming to this location for more than a year and THEY RIPPED MY OLD SET OFF to the point of tears...NEVER ONCE DID SHE OFFER TO SOAK THEM OFF like I've always got done in the past....When They found out that I wasn't getting a Full Set this time $$$ the service went from GREAT TO HORRIBLE WITHIN SECONDS....I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN...I wish I could give them a negative Star HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
