The nails I wanted was nothing like the ones I got, this is a place for everyone except for Gen Z The nails were so ugly I could have gotten the same press on, on Temu and it would look better it's so ugly to be. $110
The experience that I received from this facility, was at its worst!!! I typically only get my toes done here with Hannah, who majority of the time does a good job, but today my toenail was drilled to the skin and she brushed it off as if it was polished left on the nail bed. I proceeded to inform her that she hurt me and that my nail bed was drilled to the tissue and she spoke in her language to the tall gentleman who was extremely rude. Absolutely horrible! I wish I can put 0 stars . They are very rude and disrespectful. The tall man especially. He mocks you and talk in they language when you complain about something they did wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!
Would not recommend unless you want to get rip off, disrespected and not what you asked for. If I could give this zero star, I would. Then, they get mad and curse at you for not getting a tip! Very unprofessional and disgusting!
Been coming here for years Kim is the best and her husband too his the one that did this set also Kim sister in law is Awesome with pedicures .! See you in two weeks ❤️
